William H. Sandholm serves as Chief Executive Officer for Rose Associates, Inc. He has in-depth experience in all aspects of real estate construction, finance, development and operations.

In addition to company operations and planning, his responsibilities include banking relationships and overseeing all of the firm’s development activities and major financial transactions. Bill’s career at Rose spans more than 40 years, and he has held numerous positions over his tenure at the firm, most recently as Chief Operating Officer.
