As Senior Managing Director of Residential Marketing for Rose Associates, Inc., Robert A. Scaglion is responsible for development marketing of both Rose and third-party-owned properties.

Bob brings 30 years of real estate marketing experience to Rose. He oversees marketing campaigns to maintain high occupancy in existing properties, and complete sales and leasing programs for new developments. In addition, Bob consults with development teams on market positioning, design, unit mix, layouts and amenities packages for future developments.

Bob has pioneered an interactive lead generation program that gives properties global tenant exposure at minimal cost, often allowing them to forego the expense of print advertising.
