As Chief Financial Officer of Rose Associates, Inc., John A. Gacinski is responsible for all financial affairs of the firm, including acquisitions, financings and dispositions.
John joined Rose in 1997, and has more than 20 years of experience. He is an expert in complex financing, financial planning and tax regulations, and specializes in dealing with government regulatory agencies. He has been published in CPA Journal.
