As Senior Managing Director of Development for Rose Associates, Inc., James L. Hedden sources development and acquisition opportunities and provides financial analysis and investment viability. 

Jim has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and banking, and has been with Rose for four years. His team is responsible for project analysis and determin­ing the feasibility of new development opportunities. He coordinates development budgets, designs capital structures and solicits equity and debt financing for new developments and capital improvement projects. He interfaces with lenders, partners and outside equity investors, managing the overall development process to ensure that Rose developments are successful for the company and our clients and partners.
