Jack Levy is Senior Managing Director for Rose Associates, Inc., with expertise in property performance, sales and leasing, conversions, consulting and LIHTC Housing.

He joined Rose Associates, Inc. in 1976, bringing more than 35 years of experience managing rental, cooperative and condominium properties. He has represented sponsors on numerous condo and co-op boards, and has extensive experience working with architects on apartment layouts, public and back-of-house areas.

A member of the board of directors of the Rent Stabilization Association, Mr. Levy is expert in maximizing income under the rules and regulations of the Rent Stabilization Law. He also served on the Union Negotiating Committee of the Realty Advisory Board for 12 years.
