J. Brian Peters is Chief Operating Officer for Rose Associates, Inc. He has overall responsibility for the firm’s service platform, which provides property management, marketing, leasing and sales for residential assets owned by major institutional investors, private developers and national REITS, as well as select owner-occupied buildings.

Brian has 26 years of experience in the real estate industry, and has been with Rose Associates for 16 years. Most recently, he served as Senior Managing Director of the Property Management Division, and continues to oversee property management functions for a portfolio of more than 37,000 apartments with an aggregate market value approaching $20 billion.
