Craig Wasoff, Senior Managing Director and Chief Engineer for Rose Associates, Inc., is responsible for overseeing all new construction and major capital improvements for both Rose-owned and client properties.

During his 30-plus years in the industry, Craig has overseen the development of more than four million square feet of premium residential and commercial real estate. He is also a specialist in conducting renovations in occupied properties and has handled a variety of projects including heating plant installations, lobby renovations and building-wide window replacements.
