Bruce D. Schlechter is Senior Managing Director for Operations and Analysis at Rose Associates.
Bruce’s 41 years of experience at Rose includes property management, construction, implementation of the in-house computer system, management of the payroll department, facilities management, new job analysis and projections, bank requisitions, and back-office operations.
Bruce has been responsible for many government filings including Highway Department, Cranes and Derricks, Building Department filings, Final Certificates of Occupancy, Certiorari Proceedings with New York City, J-51 and both 421-a and 421-g Tax Abatements. He has developed Offering Plans for the New York State Attorney General’s office and acts as in-house zoning consultant.
